职位描述：
Requirements:
-Responsible for new product’s welding process launch. Good understanding of design and drawing practices is required.

-Adjust the welding machine , evaluation and concerned WI and machine operation instruction.

-Learn and apply training for company programs including DMVP (Lean six sigma training).

-Improve products and processes using quality improvement tools and other statistical tools.
用质量提升手法和其他的数理统计来提高产品的质量和工艺。
-Work with other departments to improve yield and quality. 协同其他部门来提高产品的优率和品质。
-Support and maintain engineering documentation. 负责制作和修正工程文件。

Qualification:
-Degree holder in any Engineering discipline. (Electrical, Mechanical or Material Science Preferred)

-3 years MIN engineering experience. 至少有3年的相关工作经验
-Timely completion of adjustment and evaluation for the welding machine with high yields and excellent quality.

-Know about the advanced technology for the welding in electrical manufacture field . 了解电子制造业焊接工艺的先进技术。
-Meet budget requirements for supporting company sales and margin targets. 达到公司业务和预算的目标.
-Use DMVP and Tollgate methods for projects. 能使用DMVP和Tollgate 手法。
-Demonstrate good communication skills with the international teams. 同国内国外团队有良好的沟通能力。
-Good written & reading English.良好的英语读写能力
